Mentoring Services Program in cooperation with Angel investors and Venture Capitalists offers a wide range of programs for small and large businesses that want to improve and grow. The programs are designed to cater for both start ups and established businesses.

Mentoring is a process that requires the Mentor and the business owner to delve into the core of the business and to work together to develop a Plan of Action that will guide the business forward. Our Mentors have diverse and interesting backgrounds and have either owned their own small business or worked in an organization that has had strong links to small business. They are extremely passionate about the role that small business plays in the economy. They also acknowledge that it can be difficult, lonely and at times financially worrying running a small business. By forming working relationships between fledgling entrepreneurs and seasoned mentors, we increase the likelihood that new ventures can succeed sooner.

We have completed many company turnarounds, repositioning and amalgamation after takeovers including the development of new corporate cultures. A mentoring relationship needs to be personal and focused on you. We are not interested in offering a prescribed process as individual needs are different. We draw from our strong business knowledge and practical application of psychology and physiology. As a coach and competitive skydiver we are strongly aware of the cornerstones of individual and team performance.

Our approach is very direct, candid, challenging and rigorous. We will not let you off the hook, we will tell you how we see it and will hold you accountable for promises that you make to yourself. We will encourage you to learn from what may be perceived as mistakes. We will tell you what you already know but haven’t taken action on. A lot of what we offer is not rocket science, it is the simple things that often make the biggest impact. And the changes that occur early in our relationship often appear to be making the situation worse before making it better, much better. Learning in teams and integrating learning in the context of workflow is the Best Practice of today. Creating learning and knowledge environments that capture and share expertise, allow for learners to access information on demand and engenders communication with coworkers will be the norm of adult education. The group learns better than the individual. Our low cost extended enterprise hosted solution provides such a learning infrastructure that includes personalized workspaces, individual or group learning process definitions and creation of communities of interest.
